Kate's Playground Zip Set

I returned to London after four years. And I repeat, it was time .. return to a place so far after a few years ago a strange effect, surrounded by a swirl of emotions indescribable. I admit, I was not ready, I did not realize the fact that they return to London until I went through the road that leads me directly from Stansted Airport in the city center. I recognized the familiar streets, fucking cool is to define a family place like London. Maybe it will be too much but I feel like in London, I felt a little, but right away, love at first sight. Arriving late in the evening, sitting in a taxi blacks, with the driver left the wallet full of pounds ... what can I wish for more?! Hotels in South Kensington, as bunks rooms, creaky elevator, conquer the carpet, no bidet room, hallway and set slightly squallidina. I was not expecting much, but I'm not complaining, just steps from the "tube" and close to a market open at night, like a smaller and Apu London that sells beer under the table but not can. Breakfast poor and not very substantial, but fortunately, the area offers a full English breakfast £ 5 or so. I'm not complaining even the climate, we have taken enough of rain but only first day, then we enjoyed two days of clear skies and a bright sun Caldini. One thing I like is turn on the TV and see the weather forecast does not understand much, but see the outline of Great Britain, I'm strange, always. I saw the changing of the guard , and I'm sorry to say but I think it is all wasted time, if we wait for the event in the rain it Scazzi me even more, the guards are still impaled all day. All of a sudden move, make two distance running, rotate the rifle, and still gets back. And we photograph them. But I made up with a tour at the National Gallery and British Museum , free admission. In the first stands the Rosetta stone and the second or you just see how the building welcomes us to be astonished. I did it .. I finally made the rounds in the long-awaited observation wheel in London, the London Eye , I confess to not having watched the entire first to climb, for fear of changing idea, very nice landscape, even if slightly soporific but I have kept awake to observe the sky from there. I love Notting Hill and the shops and stalls that are there, nonsensical, gloves leather, vintage accessories for golf, busts, mannequins, cameras, old retro clothes, necklaces, earrings, .. everything. In subway stations, a voice from the grave tells us to pay attention to step between the platform and the train. There are also posters that reinforce the concept. Mind the gap. Tour of ritual to Wax Museum ( Madame Tussaud 's ), and relaxation along Oxford Street, the major importance Hamley's, a toy store huge, where all the clerks seem the eternal Peter Pan, shaved and paid for play and dispense smiles, and where I found that sell the fake snow, a kind of chemical that diluted with water becomes snow, but .. too soft. There are a lot of people whose only job is to carry a sign. On the CA rtello is advertising something. Often it's just a store that is half a meter. The Tower Bridge is always an emotion, is perhaps my favorite view of London, is seen as one crosses the modern with the old, the history and evolution, the only competition the Big Ben. Here seem to all actors, all different, and walk the streets of the city is like being in a movie. I missed a bit 'of things not because they are less important but because otherwise I might do a blog just about London, I recommend you bring your children to Natural History Museum, famous for the giant dinosaur (which does not exalt me \u200b\u200bcrabs) but also interesting and great attention to detail. For older children a tour of Camden Town Council is always good and we always find something to buy are saving a few pounds, instead of just lock them up for mothers from Harrods, too huge and dispersed and is not for me. . I only regret not being able to do a few things I had in the program, go see for Holland Park and take a picture (slightly out of hand), go to Tesco and take the barbecue sauce (I forgot) and eat Jappo to Wagamama (always too full) .. but it does not matter, but I have to go back again! We will also make the effort ..
